Crowne Plaza Marlow by IHG

My husband and I booked a two night spa get away and were absolutely blown away by the hospitality we were shown. The staff certainly go the extra mile and the facilities are great. Our dinner was delicious and we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you! We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed a one night stay at this excellent hotel. Being a bit 'off season' the hotel was not at all busy. Ths staff are really helpul and the location is lovely, just on the edge of parkland with a large lake close by. Our room was comfy and well appointed, we prefer not climbing over a bath for a shower and the room had a large walk in shower. Breakfast was just as we like. Certainly a place to return to.

I recently stayed at Crown Plaza Marlow and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Prabhakar! He served me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful, explaining all the amenities and services included in my stay. The property, facilities, and food in the restaurant were all top-notch. I was initially hesitant due to the distance from my office, but Prabhakar's excellent service and the hotel's great amenities have won me over. I'll definitely be booking this location again, distance notwithstanding. Prabhakar's friendly and knowledgeable service made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We came for a time to celebrate valentine’s. We had an overnight stay which included a 3 course dinner, breakfast , 25min neck, shoulder and back massage. We enjoyed every aspect. It felt like we were abroad! Loved the room sizes, very good space, modern and clean. The dinner was nice and tasty. If you’re looking for a getaway that’s not far from London but yet feels like a retreat, here’s your place! Also near to Marlow town which is a pretty English town with boutique shops. We loved the Everyman cinema there!

I went to the crowne plaza for a dinner spa treatment and one night stay package. The restaurant was excellent with good authentic Indian food. I say so having grown up in India and tried plenty of Indian food there. For the spa treatment we had a massage. Our masseuse Anna was lovely giving a very relaxing massage. The staff in the quad club were all very helpful.

We had a lovely stay. The dinner was so tasty. Very filling breakfast with savory and sweet variety. The room was very comfy, warm and clean We had a relaxing time at the pool and spa. Thank you everyone for your amazing friendly hospitality and work. We highly recommend and planning to come again in a near future.

Pleasantly surprised! It doesn’t look fancy from the outside but a family room was great value for an overnight stay and we had fun in the spa facilities, breakfast was nice and the beds were comfortable. Location very quiet but easy to get to. Plenty to do nearby. Friendly staff.
